Designed to easily stuff small plush, 5 inch balloons and entertainer balloons into larger 18 inch, 24 inch or 36 inch latex balloons. Clamp the tool to the table, stretch the larger balloon over the opening, connect an inflator to the hose and begin inserting your items. Create one of a kind stuffed balloons for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and more! Note: A balloon air inflator is required to operate.
